UK Visa Applicants

The quickest and easiest way to book your appointment is by completing the

Once you have completed this please:

Please then call us on 01628 760919 to make a convenient appointment.
Alternatively we will aim to call you back within 24 hours of receiving your details to discuss convenient appointment times.

To your appointment you will need to bring:
  • A valid passport (please note failure to bring this to your appointment may result in your medical examination being cancelled)
  • A passport photo for each applicant
  • A completed Immigration Medical Registration Form. Please complete one form for the individual or family.
  • Any helpful documentation you have regarding existing or previous TB status

Please note all applicants require an appointment with the Panel Doctor.  Everyone aged 11 and over will require a chest x-ray and a medical examination if clinically indicated. All those under 11 will require a medical examination.

Following your appointment

Please note your certificate will be issued after your appointment and will not be given to you on the day.  Please be assured that we will always do our utmost to ensure that your certificate is issued as promptly as possible. However we cannot guarantee specific timeframes for processing as sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. This is especially pertinent for clients who require further third party medical opinion or additional tests.

UK TB VISA Check – Aged 11 and over £195
UK TB VISA Check – Under 11 £100
Cancellation Fee

Should you wish to cancel your medical or your radiological examination we will require 48 hours notice. If this notice period is not adhered to then a charge of £65 per person per appointment will be deducted from the credit card you have used to confirm your booking.
