Australia:

In accordance with the Australian High Commission guidelines we are unable to let you collect your documentation or send it to your home address. Please advise us of your required postal destination, usually the Local Clearance Unit in Sydney or the High Commission in London. We send all documents within the UK by Special Delivery and internationally by International Signed For. We must point out that International Signed For does not enable tracking once the documents have left the UK.

New Zealand:

Documents are sent by special delivery to client’s homes or can be collected from The Bridge Clinic once completed.
The following charges for postage apply:
Special Delivery = £3.00 per person
International Signed For = £8.00 per person

We can take no responsibility for documents once they have left the Bridge Clinic and we do not keep copies of your medical forms.  Royal Mail tracking numbers are available for documents sent by the Bridge Clinic.  Please make this request known at the time of booking.  After despatch, any tracking queries should be addressed to the Royal Mail and then subsequently to the Australian High Commission (T: 09065 508900) or to the New Zealand High Commission (T: 09069 100100).
