Documents are sent by recorded delivery to client's homes or can be collected from The Bridge Clinic once completed.

Please be assured that we will always do our utmost to ensure that documents are completed and despatched as promptly as possible. However we cannot guarantee specific timeframes for processing medical documents as sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. This is especially pertinent for clients who require further third party medical opinion or additional tests.

Once your documents are ready for despatch we will contact you with your tracking details. We send all documents within the UK by Recorded Delivery

Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for documents once they have left the Bridge Clinic and we do not keep copies of your medical forms. Royal Mail tracking numbers will be provided once your documents have been despatched.
