Chest x-rays only

Many clients will require a chest x-ray only as part of their visa application.

If you wish to book a chest x-ray please telephone the Xray Department on 01628 760911 and they will make a convenient appointment for you.

When telephoning to book your appointment please have the following details available:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Current Address
• Contact Telephone Numbers
• Passport Number
• TRN or HAP ID if your application is being completed electronically
• Where you would like your results sent (paper applicants only)

To your appointment you will need to bring:

Paper Applicants

• Radiological Examination Form – completed but not signed or dated
• Bridge Clinic Immigration Registration Form
• Passport
• 1 colour passport photo
• 1 alternative form of identification (photo driving licence preferred)
• The full postal address of where you would like your results sent

E-Health Applicants (Australia Only)

• Completed examination referral letter (Online Health)
• Bridge Clinic Immigration Registration Form
• Passport
• 1 alternative form of identification (photo driving licence preferred)

The cost of an immigration chest x-ray is £95.  This will be payable at the time of your appointment.
