Consultations at the Bridge Clinic are,
by appointment. To arrange an appointment, you will
need to obtain a letter of referral from your GP addressed
to the relevant consultant. You will also need to liase
directly with his / her secretary. On request, we are
happy to provide you with the names and contact telephone
numbers of consultants who practice at the Bridge Clinic.
There is no Accident and Emergency facility at the
Bridge Clinic.
We would request that patients instructed
to attend for pathology services (blood and urine tests)
or diagnostic imaging (x-ray, ultrasound and mammography)
by their GP, telephone the Clinic prior to their visit.
When you visit the clinic for the first
time you will be asked to complete a registration form,
a copy of which is available by clicking on the link
below. If you would like to complete this form prior
to your visit please do so and bring it with you to
your appointment.
